    Gorgeous resort that is clean with friendly staff. The views are amazing and the pool is top notch. While this is a family friendly resort, most are couples. The breakfast and lunch (which we always got poolside) was delicious but pricey. Definitely plan ahead and find restaurants outside the resort for dinner. Downtown San Juan is just a short cab ride away. Can’t wait to go back!

    Hotel is nice but it’s the least nicest Ritz we have stayed at. It was a little messy and needs a good cleaning, the food is good but the hospitality is only ok.

    Great place but it is closed for renovation till December 2019.

    This is a great hotel but what makes it stand out from the rest is the amazing staff. These were the warmest most accommodating people we have encountered on our many trips throughout the world.

    Eh. Really didn't think it was anything special. Also, beach closes really early, which I thought was really annoying, and the location is terrible. Terrible. There is very little within walking distance, and that's not super convenient.
